HealthBiz approached eGM Web Services with a need for multiple web services. The first phase of the web site was to design a marketing site around a pre-existing logo. The marketing piece would highlight the products that the company sells.

The main design needed to be expandable to add in various other sections of the site that would be needed. The next item that we developed for the client was an HSA Calculator. HealthBiz supplied us with an Excel spreadsheet which calculated the savings based on users input values.

Next, we had to create an agent only Extranet that was password protected for agents to login and use tools specifically available for them. Along with this Extranet was a way for agents to do e-contracting online. We created several applications to allow agents to electronically sign up people in a multi-tiered architecture.

The final piece of programming for this project was the most difficult. HealthBiz wanted to allow users to get an insurance quote right from the website. Additionally, they wanted agents to be able to create quotes for clients as well. We developed a web application that applied dozens of variables to generate a web based quote on an insurance product.
