| CERES is an insurance company based in Cleveland, Ohio. |

| Project Details: |
| Ceres had a specific need of having paper applications
available online. The project was developed using PHP
and MySQL as the scripting language and backend database.
HTML forms were used to enter the application data. Once
a user submits the information for processing, a PDF document
is created "on-the-fly". This PDF is then faxed
from the server over to the client where they put the
new application in to their workflow. |
